Services Offered** ClearPath offers the following consulting services, available individually or as part of tiered packages: * Residency & Visa Guidance — information, preparation support, and coaching related to Mexico's temporary and permanent residency processes * Relocation Planning & Logistics — customized timelines, checklists, and coordination guidance for all aspects of a move to Mexico * Real Estate & Neighborhood Consulting — destination research, neighborhood profiles, and referrals to vetted local real estate professionals * Community & Social Integration — introduction to expat networks, cultural resources, and local community connections * Self-guided digital products — downloadable guides, checklists, and resource packages Specific service inclusions, session counts, and deliverables for each package are described on our Services page and in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our service offerings at any time. # **3\. Important Disclaimers** ## **3.1 Not Legal Advice** **ClearPath is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.** Information provided through our services regarding Mexican residency, immigration processes, property ownership, or any other legal matter is for general informational and educational purposes only. Engagement and Payments** ## **4.1 Service Agreements** Upon purchase of a service package or engagement of consulting services, you will receive a service agreement or confirmation email detailing the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. These Terms are incorporated into and govern all such agreements. ## **4.2 Fees and Payment** All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment is due as described in your service agreement or at the time of purchase for digital products. We accept payment through our designated payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed fees. ## **4.3 Refunds** For digital products (downloadable guides, checklists, etc.): All sales are final once the product has been sent, downloaded, or accessed. For consulting packages: Refund terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Generally, fees for sessions already completed are non-refundable. If you cancel before work has begun, we will discuss a refund on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to fair treatment and will work with you in good faith. ## **4.4 Rescheduling and Cancellations** We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled consultation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a used session at our discretion. # **5\. Intellectual Property** All content on our website and in our digital products — including text, guides, checklists, graphics, and the ClearPath name and logo — is the intellectual property of ClearPath and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may use our free resources for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. Third-Party Referrals** ClearPath may refer you to third-party professionals in our network, including immigration attorneys, real estate agents, and healthcare providers. These referrals are provided as a courtesy based on our personal experience and trust. ClearPath: * Is not responsible for the services, advice, fees, or conduct of any third-party professional * Does not receive compensation from third parties in exchange for referrals (unless separately disclosed) * Makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the quality or outcome of third-party services Your engagement with any referred professional is a separate relationship governed by their own agreements and professional obligations. # **8\. Limitation of Liability** To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, **ClearPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages** arising from your use of our services, website, or digital products, including but not limited to: immigration application denials, financial losses, real estate transaction outcomes, or decisions made in reliance on our guidance. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to ClearPath in the three (3) months preceding the claim. # **9\. Indemnification** You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClearPath, its owner, employees, contractors, and network partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) any false or misleading information you provide to us. # **10\. Privacy** Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
