Scheduling & Appointments** All appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. **2\. Non-Refundable Payment Policy** All payments for services, packages, and deposits are final and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed or a service has been initiated, no refunds will be issued. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of ClearPath Consulting Solutions LLC and must be formally requested in writing. To dispute a charge or request a review, clients must contact us directly at [email protected] *prior to initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution.* **3\. Rescheduling Policy** We understand that life happens. Rescheduling is available under the following conditions: **With Advance Notice (24+ Hours Prior to Appointment):** * Your payment will be fully credited toward your rescheduled appointment. * Reschedules must be completed using the self-scheduling link provided at the time of booking. * Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. **Short Notice or No-Show (Less Than 24 Hours Prior):** * Appointments rescheduled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the full payment or deposit. * No credit or transfer will be applied to a future appointment without written confirmation from ClearPath Consulting Solutions LLC. **4\. ClearPath-Initiated Changes** In the rare event that ClearPath Consulting Solutions LLC must reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the following options: * Reschedule at no additional cost. * Receive a full credit toward a future session. **5\. Dispute Resolution** Clients are required to contact ClearPath Consulting Solutions LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without prior written notice to us may result in the termination of the client relationship and possible pursuit of remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. **6\.
